What if we could add tons of antioxidants and even some fiber to your morning meal? Our Sprout Scramble recipe combines the creaminess of eggs with the texture of sprouts

The sprouting solution is your ultimate guidebook—combining inspiration, science, and step-by-step techniques to help you grow nutrient-rich sprouts and harness their transformative health benefits.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs mixed in a bowl (I add 1/2 cup egg whitesfor extra protein*) 
  • 2 Tbsp feta cheese
  • 1 cup sprouts
  • Nutritional Yeast Flakes *Optional
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or Seasonings- I like ‘Everything but theBagel’ seasoning from trader Joes
  • Top with Grated Parm or Pecorino Romano

Directions

Add your Sprouts to the bowl or Plate

Cook Meats and brown feta on medium heat then reduce to low.
Mix Eggs and optional spices as well as yeast flakes.

Add wet mixture to pan.

Be sure to remove from the pan once it has the desired consistency.

Place the cooked egg mixture on top of the sprouts.
